### JSX files fail to compile, music databases fail to read from game files on Windows
Apparently on Windows, the default encoding is unset for Python in some installations.
This can lead to some incredibly confusing errors as JSX files will fail to compile when
you attempt to load the front-end, and importing music databases from various games will
crash with encoding errors. If you run into this problem, you can set a few environment
variables to fix the issue. Make sure that the following are set:

export PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8
export PYTHONLEGACYWINDOWSSTDIO=utf-8
