Tables: (breaking) rename ImGuiTableFlags_ColumnsWidthStretch > ImGuiTableFlags_SizingPolicyStretch, ImGuiTableFlags_ColumnsWidthFixed > ImGuiTableFlags_SizingPolicyFixed in prevision for other policies.
