TabBar: Internals: add GetCurrentTabBar(), TabBarFindTabByOrder(), TabBarGetCurrentTab(), TabBarGetTabOrder(), TabBarGetTabName(), TabBarQueueFocus() + clear LastTabItemIdx on EndTabBar(). (#5853, #5997)

ImGuiTabBar::GetTabOrder() -> TabBarGetTabOrder().
