Misc tidying up (zero-clear structures, more unused default in ClipRetFullscreen, NavApplyItemToResult() coding style fix)

Zero-clearing more structures
Remove arbitrary default ClipRetFullscreen value in ImDrawListSharedData.
Nav extracted NavApplyItemToResult() function.
Coding style fixes in OSX Backends.
