Enable VK_KHR_GET_PHYSICAL_DEVICE_PROPERTIES_2_EXTENSION_NAME, VK_KHR_PORTABILITY_ENUMERATION_EXTENSION_NAME, VK_INSTANCE_CREATE_ENUMERATE_PORTABILITY_BIT_KHR
