86c4d81506 update ffmpeg 
- compiled with VS2019 (since old DLL used MSVC too)
- version n5.1.2
- removed unused config and included binka
- removed XP support
- comments in config txt
- has some crash bugs (to be improved in later commits)

- properly stripped and exports external API only

- compiled with mingw-w64 GCC 12.2
- version 1.3.7 (vorbis) + 1.3.5 (ogg)
- removes vorbisenc code for smaller DLL
- optimization flags for slightly improved performance

30506a084a Add Audacious CMake script, cleanup 
Also had to fix a few of the audacious files to get them to compile, mainly not using NULL in the input plugin constructor and casting the STREAMFILE functions (maybe some *nix compilers would've accepted those, but FreeBSD 12's Clang did not)
