- added comments, code alignment for clarity - renamed some decoders for consistency (ex. eaxa > ea_xa, invert_psx > psx_bmdx, vgm_adpcm_cfg > psx_cfg) - removed layout_dkt_interleave (same as nolayout) - removed skip_last_channel (not used anymore) - removed meta_DSP_HALP (not used anymore)
