f07cf32001 Don't show host on IP_less 
Sometimes there isn't one so you get weird stuff like

127.0.x.x
x.x.0.1

revealing the whole IP. Oops.

53ada6a5ff added option for showing the mod in ban page. 
also fixes issue where the Staff is not shown in ban appeals.
