Fix 6MT warning upon NESYS login 
During log in with a NESYS key, the game displays a message while it tries to adjust the shifter mode. This should patch the message out so the message doesn't halt the game until it times out.

Aaron Giles is a well known MAME developer and made this cool emulator back in 2004 for Radikal Bikers, this will just take over inputs using TPUI.

c7d8411bd7 Add custom Dirty Drivin Coin sound if wanted 
- Download mp3 somewhere of (coin sounding) mp3 and rename Coin.mp3
- Create folder in Dirty Drivin folder called Coin
- Copy Coin.mp3 to Coin folder

game will play this mp3 when coin input pressed if added
