F.E.I.S. can be used to create or edit jubeat charts (that I sometimes refer to as _fumen_, which is just weeblang for chart but I personnaly use it specifically for jubeat). It is a hobby project for me, aiming to create a modern fumen editor inspired by the designs of both ArrowVortex and the iOS jubeat plus chart editor. Through my own experiences as an all-around rhythm game tinkerer and the feedback of many other players in the rhythm game community, F.E.I.S has yet to grow into a powerful editor that offers many nifty features to make fumen editing more convenient, simple, and fun.
