# What is F.E.I.S ?
F.E.I.S. is a GUI jubeat chart editor that's as simple to use as possible. It's heavily influenced by ArrowVortex and to some extent by the iOS jubeat plus chart editor as well.
# Why the name ?
Even thought the custom chart editor for jubeat plus on iOS is not formally named (afaik), the background texture reads :

# Why use F.E.I.S. ?
It's _way_ more convenient than writing memo files in a text editor
