GULDJ-JN: Beatmania IIDX CANNON BALLERS hardware conversion: VGA to HDMI converter

A VGA to HDMI converter cable for old style monitors, e.g. Toshiba rear projection and the old IIDX CRT monitor, that were not upgraded to a LCD style monitor having DVI outputs.
