icex2 a5578827b9 Draft NX2 worldmax unlocks 
Because this information is scatter across the whole internet,
incomplete and often also incorrect, I got these directly out
of the game. I hope "transcribing" them didn't introduce any
mistakes. I cross checked some of them with codes that I found
on various sites.

Numeric pad codes are to be entered on a num pad. That format should
be converted to images also before using them.

Ice Castle

To be able to enter these, you have to clear the mission "Ice Castle - Cryomiston". Once the mission is cleared, icicles appear on the various "Crystal" missions and the "B.P.M.". The following commands require you to start on a specific location and follow a path by entering the given pad commands. If the command is entered successfully, an animation will play.
